Joining a Meeting

Via internet (video & audio)

Each time you want to join one of our Webex meetings, just:

1. Click on the link for that meeting in the meeting table.
2. Enter a name and email address.
3. Enter the session password from the meeting table.
4. Click "Join Now".
5. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen.

It's probably a good idea to join an online meeting a few minutes early to see how things are done and get your setup the way you want it. As you join the meeting, you will have the option of having the audio come through your device, or via a telephone call. Both work well, but the telephone audio quality can be better.

Via telephone (audio only)

Choose to call in or to be called, using the option provided as you join the meeting.
